A photographic work on grief, memory, and the quiet ache of wanting to share a place with someone who is no longer here.

The names are still talking quietly to the dark.

Each lantern holds a small piece of night it refuses to give back.

Their bodies keep the step my mind is still learning.

She stands where the crowd thins, as if waiting for someone who will not arrive.

You once told me: lift your hand, and listen to what the air remembers.

This is the place where a person disappears and the rhythm remains.

The path does not go straight; it circles until you are ready to leave.

The festival turns soft at the edges, like a story my father starts and does not finish.

They pass through the frame the way a year passes through a house.

He walks toward me as if to ask: are you staying this time, or leaving with everyone else?
